Contemporary student-centered school education aims to train independent learners with personal responsibility for the lifelong learning path. There is a necessity to empower a student-centered online learning setting including the collaborative dimension, within which a teacher is a facilitator who guides students to find a personal and effective way to acquire knowledge and skills on specific subjects as well as monitor and reflect on one’s learning progression, i.e. on assessment tools and methodology. The Digi-Science consortium desinged a self-assessment tool for teachers and students enabling them to assess the development of their digital competences including collaboration components in teaching or learning.
If you would like to collect the opinion of your students or colleagues on the provided self-assessment tools we suggest to use the Feedback on the SAT for Students questionnaires as well as the Feedback on the SAT for Teacher questionnaires.
Digi-Science is a two-year European project launched in June 2021. It aspires to develop innovative practices in a digital era for the teaching of Natural Sciences.
